First Time DUI Arrests in Idaho

Blood alcohol concentration, or BAC, is the measure of alcohol in your bloodstream. 

In Idaho, you can be charged with DUI if your BAC is:

• 0.08% or higher for adult drivers
• 0.04% or higher for commercial drivers
• 0.02% or higher for drivers under the age of 21
